Real Estate Development
Real Estate Development and/or Property Development is the core business operations of O’Max (Pty) Ltd. It is a multifaceted business, encompassing activities that range from small scale to large scale renovations, re-lease of existing buildings that would be redesigned and remodelled to a modern structure, and the purchase of undeveloped stand/land that would be developed, improved, and eventually sold together with a newly built top structures
We assess a wide variety of future sites and determine whether or not they will be workable and acceptable. We look at an empty stand/land and see the potential on it, or tour a decaying building and create a vision for remodeling and successfully selling it. As a Real Estate Developer and/or Property Development, we tend to work on a big scale, constructing multiple units which may extend into the thousands or renovating a building to create a number of saleable units in the form of offices, retail spaces, apartments, and so forth.
