Cailey Ann Human Capital Consulting is a Skills Development consulting and human resources advisory services firm. We work with both the Private and Public Sector organizations in a wide array of scope to help navigate problems and challenges in order to improve workplace performance.

The company is directed by a highly experienced Skills Development ambassador with sound knowledge and understanding of Skills Development and all the pertinent legislation governing Skills Development. The Director possess experience at a high level of Management while also possessing relevant Research and Skills Development qualifications which includes a Master’s Degree in Leadership Performance and change beyond the Skills Development Facilitator’s qualification which afforded her to serve SETAs with excellence.

Who is Marry Ann
Ms Mary-Ann Mosoeunyaneis the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Cailey Ann Human Capital Consulting holdsmore than 20 years wealth of experience in Skills Development both in the Public Sectorand the Private sector.
Ms Mary-Ann holds caliber of a Principal Agentin the Real Estate sphere of Cailey Ann Properties.
In her tenure,Ms Mary-Ann worked for the Department of Labour when the Skills Development Act and Skills Levy Act were promulgated. She further worked for the Department of Higher Education and Training, managing SSETA Performance against the SLA signed with the Minister of Higher Education and Training. She was part of the team working on the promulgation of the SSETA Grant Regulations. She worked diligently for the SETAs on a National basis, where she led a team to craft Sector Skills Plans( SSP) and the implementation of respective Skills Development interventions.
As a Senior Skills Planning and Research Manager for a SETA, she led the team for SSP and Research as well as Learning programmes with flying colours. Her Masters Degree in Leadership and Change puts her in an excellent position to lead any project and ant team at different levels. Ms Mary-Ann is currently serving as an Independent Skills Development Facilitator and Advisor for respective Sectors of the South African Economy.
